Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying credits. This page explains exactly when you can get a refund and how to ask for one — no ambiguity.


Completed sessions

Credits used for interviews that ran to completion are non-refundable. Once a session ends and a scorecard is generated, the credit has been consumed.

Technical failures

If a session fails through no fault of your own — the AI crashes mid-session, the session never activates, or a bug on our end prevents the scorecard from generating — we'll refund the credit, no questions asked.

Email hi@crackr.dev within 14 days of the failed session with a brief description. We'll restore your credit within 2 business days.

Unused credit packs

If you purchased a credit pack and haven't used any credits yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that window — or once any credit has been consumed — the purchase is final.

Email hi@crackr.dev with subject "Refund request" and include your account email. We process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Partial refunds

We don't issue partial refunds on credit packs. If any credit from a pack has been used, the remaining ones are non-refundable.

Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge that isn't covered above, email us first. We're a small team and we'd genuinely rather sort it out directly. Chargebacks have real costs for us and typically result in account suspension.
